This is what I call the "in between" part of the year, where the seasons are in change. It is a great time to do pictures at the State Capitol, There is allot of ambient light and it makes shooting great! One suggestion the middle of the afternoon is a great time as you are not fighting to keep others out of the background...
I love shooting at the Capitol, and unlike some indoor locations its free!
